As with all our services, we do not use a one-stop solution for our stain treatment process too. We customise our treatment based on multiple aspects. We identify the type of carpet, its pH levels, and the type of stain. We check to see if we need to use hot or cold-water extraction, based on these factors. We then do the process of agitating the stain which enables us to get to the bottom of the fabric and remove all trace of the spillage and stain. We then clean the carpet which has been treated and leave it dry, clean, and hygienic for your use again.
